At Ekko, we craft every piece specifically for you. Please read the following terms detailing how we operate:
On-Demand Manufacturing
Every piece is manufactured on-demand. When you place an order, the first thing we do is contact you to confirm the order, and then we immediately begin the 3D printing process.
Deposit Policy
To ensure intent, we may take a deposit equal to the shipping cost before processing the order, although we don't always do so.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the on-demand nature of our products, there are NO returns. We only offer refunds if the items got broken during the shipping process. We do not cover user mishaps or customers breaking the items themselves. However, we may offer discount coupons as a token of goodwill.
